Rigomagno, among many values has the very rare one of being able to show still the old structure of a medieval village since the new buildings have not altered the old city plant. A ring road joins the four doors of entrance to the village with ruines of old walls and semicircular towers made out through olive groves on the hill, a very impressive view. The new buildings are not so big to hide this jewel of old times left over nearly intact. The main reason is that most modern houses have been built near the railway station of Rigomagno. Just to let people know this real jewel until now out of organised tourism, family Mariottini undertook the restauration of some of their rooms once belonging to an ancient church, in the center of the village next to the main road. This way they managed to realize one smart flat.
The "La Torre" flat has an indipendent entrance at "Via Umberto I".
